What CodeYourDash is
CodeYourDash is a community program operated by Le Wagon Bali, a registered company in Indonesia. We organize meetups, coworking sessions, and a WhatsApp group for builders based in Bali. We exist for networking, coworking, and personal community building.
Membership
Joining CodeYourDash requires an application. We review every one. Approval is at our discretion. We can decline, approve, or remove anyone at any time and for any reason. We don't owe an explanation, but we'll usually give one.
Membership is open to builders based in or visiting Bali, including Indonesian members. The same rules apply to everyone. You can leave at any time by leaving the WhatsApp group.
How we operate
CodeYourDash is operated by Le Wagon Bali, which runs the meetups, events, coworking sessions, and WhatsApp group.
Community standards
Be respectful. Don't spam the group. Don't sell, recruit, or pitch without asking first. Keep conversations relevant to building. Help when you can.
Don't spam the group with pitches, recruit clients, or push your own paid offerings without asking first. Respectful networking is welcome. Using the community as your personal sales channel is not.
If someone makes the group worse, we'll remove them. This is not a democracy. We prioritize the quality of the group over any individual's access to it.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee a specific schedule, venue, event format, or outcome. We're building this community as we go. Things will change. Venues might move. Events might shift. We'll keep the WhatsApp group updated.
Your content
What you share in the group stays yours. We might quote anonymized feedback on the website or social media. If we want to use something specific with your name attached, we'll ask first.
Liability
CodeYourDash is provided as-is. We're not liable for anything that happens at events, in the group, or as a result of connections made through the community. You're responsible for your own decisions, projects, and conduct.
These terms describe how we run CodeYourDash. They are not legal advice. Participation is voluntary and does not create employment, a business relationship, or any obligation to provide services.
Changes
We can update these terms at any time. If something material changes, we'll mention it in the WhatsApp group. Continued participation means you're good with the current terms.
